Privacy Policy

Last Updated: August 3, 2026 • Effective Immediately

1. Our Core Commitment: Zero Server Uploads

At Pixel Focal, privacy is not a secondary configuration option—it is the foundational engineering principle of our platform. Traditional online image tools force users to upload sensitive personal photos, corporate artwork, or confidential documents to remote cloud servers.

Pixel Focal operates 100% locally within your Web Browser Sandbox. Utilizing HTML5 Canvas APIs and WebAssembly (WASM) image processing binaries, all cropping, resizing, compression, format conversion, and metadata stripping take place inside your device memory (RAM). At no point are your image files, metadata, or pixel buffers transmitted across the network or stored on external servers.

2. Information We Do NOT Collect

Because processing occurs strictly client-side, we explicitly do not collect, log, transmit, or monetize:

  • Your uploaded images, graphics, photos, or canvas outputs.
  • Embedded EXIF metadata, camera settings, or GPS geolocation coordinates.
  • Personal identification data (Name, Physical Address, Phone Number).
  • User account credentials or biometric data.

3. Local Storage & Client Cookies

Pixel Focal uses browser localStorage solely to preserve your explicit user UI preferences across sessions (such as selecting between Dark Mode andBeige Mode). No tracking cookies, ad tech pixels, or cross-site fingerprinting beacons are embedded in our application.

4. Global Privacy Compliance (GDPR, CCPA & COPPA)

Because Pixel Focal does not collect or process personal data, our platform is fully compliant with the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). Users have complete sovereignty over their data at all times.

5. Updates to This Policy

We may periodically update this Privacy Policy to reflect technical updates or operational enhancements. Any amendments will be published directly to this URL with an updated revision date.
