Pixel Focal provides a suite of browser-based image tools (resizing, cropping, compression, format conversion, metadata stripping, watermarking, and color palette extraction). All processing is executed locally in your browser memory. Pixel Focal does not provide server storage, image hosting, or cloud backup services.
3. Permitted Use & Ownership
You retain 100% full ownership, intellectual property rights, and copyright to all images you process using Pixel Focal. You are solely responsible for ensuring that you possess the necessary rights and permissions to edit, modify, or export the images you load into the application.
4. Open Source License & Usage Rights
Pixel Focal software components are made available under the open-source MIT License. You are free to utilize Pixel Focal for personal, commercial, educational, and professional projects without licensing fees.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
Pixel Focal is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted execution or that processed files will meet specific unverified requirements. Users are advised to keep backup copies of original assets.
